Responsibilities
Record and update operational data in Excel (e.g., orders, claims, inventory notes, buyer messages).
Conduct daily checks on buyer messages and operational updates, and properly capture them for internal follow-up.
Assist in preparing and compiling data related to Amazon claims or operational issues before escalation.
Support documentation of Indicative Orders (IO), PR, PO, and shipment-related information as assigned.
Help monitor and organize operational records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Provide weekend standby support (Saturday & Sunday) to capture urgent buyer messages or operational matters for next-day handling.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all captured issues are properly handed over and followed up.
Note
This role requires weekend coverage and does not follow a standard Monday–Friday schedule (e.g. Monday and Tuesday off; working days from Wednesday to Sunday. The final schedule will be confirmed based on mutual agreement.)
This is a remote-first role. Hybrid work applies only when in-office presence is required and will be arranged on an as- needed basis, if possible.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3rd semester)
Open to all majors
Detail-oriented and disciplined in handling repetitive administrative tasks.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data recording are sufficient).
Responsive and responsible, especially for weekend standby commitments.
Good communication skills for internal coordination.
Organized and able to follow structured processes.
Able to commit to weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday standby).
