We’re Hiring : Head of Project Control (Architecture & Development)

Top Group is expanding and we’re looking for a structured, execution-driven

Head of Project Control

to oversee multiple development projects across Jakarta (primary base), Bandung and Bali.

This role goes beyond site management. You will be responsible for: • RAB preparation and cost control • Timeline planning and delivery tracking • 3D rendering (SketchUp + Enscape/Lumion) • Contractor coordination • Multi-project oversight and reporting You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong execution standards.

Ideal Candidate:

Architecture or Civil Engineering background 4–8 years experience Strong in Excel & RAB structuring Proficient in SketchUp and rendering tools Comfortable managing multiple active projects Structured, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Jakarta-based, with flexibility to travel to Bali when required.

This is a long-term leadership-track role within a growing development group.
