QA Head

About QA Head Develop, lead, and institutionalize the Quality Management System (QMS) across all centers. What You Will Do Design and implement Quality Standards (products, services, facilities, safety, compliance). Manage standardization and continuous improvement processes. Lead internal audit programs and QA/QC teams. Understand 5R & Leadership Spirit and Problem Solving. Understand and have ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) certification. Understand how to use MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Review findings, manage root cause analysis. Lead monthly “Quality Review Meetings” with stakeholders. Integrate Quality KPIs into the Operational and Facility dashboard.

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering. 6–10 years of experience in quality, compliance, or operational auditing (preferably in the furniture, retail, or export network industries). Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with ISO-based or internal QMS frameworks.
