About the Role We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing risks associated with the company's operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and monitoring financial and operational risks. The role also involves regular communication with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies.

In this role, you'll: • Design and implement risk management practices, with a focus on end-to-end operational risk • Conduct thematic risk assessments in conjunction with new initiatives or arising risk areas • Drive and maintain strong risk compliance protocols • Collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to uphold operational integrity • Be a key player in creating a safe and trusted environment for our users

You might be a fit if you. • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • 3 years in cryptocurrency or financial services is a big plus • Solid experience in risk and compliance management, including regulatory frameworks • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of financial service operations • Knowledge of finance in cryptocurrency or digital asset contexts • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving regulations and implement effective strategies
