Responsibilities

Develop content strategies that are precise, engaging, and align with SIRCLO's brand identity and objectives.

Produce high-quality written content for the Corporate Branding Team, ensuring delivery meets the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines and corporate objectives.

Monitor and assess content performance to refine strategies and enhance engagement.

Stay informed on industry trends, incorporating relevant insights into content.

Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks within the Communications team as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and corporate branding.

Strong understanding of branding principles, whether in B2B content marketing or employer branding.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Willing to work from the office at BSD, Tangerang, at least once a week, with the rest on a hybrid arrangement.
