Content Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Specialist, located in Semarang. The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content to align with the company’s strategic goals. Daily tasks include developing content strategies, writing, editing, and ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. The role also involves managing content across platforms to maintain quality and adherence to brand standards while collaborating with team members to achieve communication objectives.

Qualifications Proficiency in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Content Management Experience in Content Strategy and creating structured communication plans Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
