Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all accounting and financial functions Advise BOD / HODs with actionable financial insights Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Effectively assure compliance of internal SOPs Ensure payrolls are following government rules and regulation

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred) CPA, CA, or ACCA certification highly desirable 8-10 years' experience in hospitality industry Strong knowledge of GAAP, USALI, regulatory laws and tax reporting standards Excellent communication in English and Indonesian Hands-on leader with strong ethics, accuracy, and results orientation. Outstanding analytical skills
