Profile A successful Head of Finance should have:

Strong academic qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.

Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning.

Experience in the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
