Executive Chef
Qualifications
Young, dynamic, energetic, creative Chef
Currently an Executive Chef or a motivated Sous Chef from a 5-star property
Experience in Vegan/Vegetarian food
Passionate about cooking, discovering local regions, and working with local ingredients
Creative and innovative with cuisine, using both modern and classical techniques
Dedicated to producing high-quality dishes with strong attention to presentation
Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail
Highly operational, a true hands-on, on-the-floor professional
People-oriented, sensitive to staff needs, and an excellent team player
Strong customer relations skills with a focus on guest engagement
ServeSafe certified, with expert knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety practices, and the ability to correct operational problems
Train the Trainer Certified.
