POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our Indonesia office. The incumbent will lead all financial and administrative functions for the company’s Indonesian operations, including its manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for strategic financial planning, cost control, compliance, and overall plant financial performance, while also overseeing administrative operations such as procurement, HR coordination, and legal compliance. The position requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of finance within a manufacturing environment.

1. Financial Management & Reporting Lead the full spectrum of financial operations: general accounting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting in accordance with local GAAP and group IFRS/US GAAP requirements. Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. Manage the preparation and analysis of product costing, including BOM (Bill of Materials), standard costs, cost variances, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, WHT, corporate income tax, and customs duties. Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and audit readiness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws and regulatory requirements affecting business operations, especially for manufacturing companies.

3. Procurement & Inventory Oversight Oversee procurement processes including sourcing, vendor negotiations, purchasing controls, and cost benchmarking. Ensure strong inventory management controls, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and slow/non-moving stock analysis. Coordinate import/export compliance, customs documentation, and bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) requirements if applicable.

4. Administrative Leadership Supervise all administrative functions including office management, asset tracking, facility services, and general procurement. Develop and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance, admin, and procurement. Ensure document control systems are in place and in compliance with ISO or other quality management systems (if applicable).

5. Human Resources & Legal Support Oversee payroll processing, social security (BPJS), income tax (PPh 21), and other employee-related financial obligations. Work with the regional HR team to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including employee contracts and reporting to the Ministry of Manpower. Liaise with external legal counsel on matters related to permits, business licenses, industrial relations, or disputes.

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and admin team to ensure high performance and capability development. Act as a key advisor to the Country Director and Group Finance on strategic matters such as financial risks, investment analysis, and long-term planning. Serve as the liaison with banks, auditors, legal advisors, government institutions, and headquarters or regional offices.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or CMA is strongly preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive financial experience Strong experience in

cost accounting , and

ERP systems

(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Deep understanding of Indonesian tax law, financial regulations, and compliance practices. Familiarity with

customs, bonded zone regulations , and

industrial audits

(e.g., ISO 9001/14001, etc.) is a plus. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Bilingual: Fluency in

Bahasa Indonesia

and

English
