You will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions in conjunction with Senior Designers and fellow Designers, evaluating design options and developing ideas based on design strategy and the creative brief. You will develop straightforward design approaches to complex challenges across brand development, corporate identity, packaging, digital, and user experience design projects. Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing creatives that resonate with target audiences and amplify brand visibility

Proficient in design tools and software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others) to deliver high-quality content across various formats (web, print, social media, etc.)

Ensure all creative assets align with the brand's voice and evolve its look to stay relevant

Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and timely project execution

Design original content from concept to completion, including infographics, illustrations, and interactive elements

Stay at the forefront of industry trends and continually explore new tools and techniques

Demonstrate experience in A/B testing and using analytics to optimize designs for performance and conversion

What will you do?

Deliver visual assets across multiple channels and campaigns

Use insights to create holistic design solutions for various applications

Develop compelling creative marketing and brand campaigns

Understand and evolve brand tonality and style guides while staying true to the brand

Manage multiple stakeholders across functions and deliver results within timelines

Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics

Stay up to date with industry developments and tools

Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university

4-5 years of relevant experience in brand design or a digital studio

Up-to-date knowledge in design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, and related software)

Strong creative and innovative design skills

Pro in visual ideation and concept design

Skills in typography and illustrations are desired

Good communication skills and ability to facilitate brainstorming

Strong knowledge of rendering and printing techniques

Strong understanding of the Indonesian market context and cultural nuances
