Business Development Staff (Chinese Speaker) PT Jingxing Weiss Indonesia (JWI) is a PMA manufacturing company specializing in Smart Logistic Racking Systems for industrial, warehouse, and distribution solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B customers in the industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution sectors

Conduct customer visits and product presentations

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable racking system solutions

Negotiate and close sales deals

Coordinate with engineering and production teams regarding technical specifications and delivery schedules

Coordinate with the Jingxing Malaysia team for technical support, project matters, and regional collaboration

Prepare regular sales activity reports

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Engineering / Management / Marketing preferred)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in manufacturing, material handling, construction, or warehouse racking industry)

Willing to travel for business purposes

Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Mandarin language proficiency is a plus

Placement Full WFH (Temporary)
