We’re looking for a hands on
Content Marketing Lead
to manage daily content operations and drive organic growth especially on TikTok while supporting campaign execution across all digital channels.
This role focuses on planning, producing, and optimizing engaging content that builds brand awareness and audience trust. You’ll work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to deliver consistent, performance-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Organic (Main Ownership)
Own TikTok organic strategy and daily execution
Create and manage short-form videos optimized for trends, hooks, and retention
Track TikTok performance and improve content based on engagement
Work with creators or talents to boost reach and virality
Campaign & Performance Support
Support marketing campaigns with social-ready content
Adapt paid campaign ideas into organic formats
Monitor content metrics (views, engagement, saves, CTR)
Prepare simple performance reports and optimize content direction
Team Coordination
Work with designers, videographers, and vendors
Guide junior content creators
Ensure on-time delivery and smooth daily operations
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years experience in content / social media / digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with organic TikTok (must-have)
Comfortable producing or supervising short-form video content
Understand TikTok & Instagram formats and basic algorithms
Able to manage multiple content projects
Basic knowledge of content metrics
Strong storytelling sense and creative eye
