About Padeltop Padeltop is Indonesias leading padel sports retailer and official distributor for top global brands. We are expanding rapidly across offline and online channels, including Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. We are looking for a driven, analytical, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Supervisor to lead our marketplace operations and deliver exceptional sales growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations across multiple marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.). Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and sales. Analyze marketplace algorithms, trends, and analytics to continuously optimize store performance. Track key metrics (conversion rate, CTR, ROI, stock-to-sales ratio) and report performance to management. Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Train and supervise the e-commerce team; delegate and monitor task execution effectively. Collaborate with management to achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Tech-literate and comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for productivity, research, and automation. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 35 years of experience managing e-commerce or marketplace operations. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, campaign mechanics, and traffic optimization. Strong leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making (Excel/Google Sheets familiarity required). Fast learner, result-oriented, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
