Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner. Understand client hiring requirements and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Requirement

Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (agency experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
