About the Role We are seeking a highly driven

Product Manager (IT)

with strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities to help drive the development and optimization of digital products in the technology and digital learning domain. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and leaders in a corporate environment to deliver impactful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define, refine, and optimize end-to-end user journeys across digital products.

Analyze product performance through dashboards, datasets, and user insights, and translate findings into clear product decisions.

Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support product strategy.

Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operational teams to ensure alignment on product goals and feature delivery.

Communicate effectively with senior management in a structured, clear, and professional manner.

Drive product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely execution.

Adapt quickly to dynamic environments and demonstrate ownership in solving product challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field.

2–5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital product development.

Strong capability in defining user journeys and customer experience flows.

Solid skills in data analysis, including interpreting dashboards, identifying trends, and deriving insights.

Experience handling end-to-end digital products.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage upwards (senior leaders / enterprise-style communication).

Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong can-do attitude.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and collaborate with diverse teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in the edtech industry.

Candidates with either business-focused backgrounds or technical backgrounds are welcome.
