Train Operations

Drive passenger trains and perform emergency train operator duties.

Monitor train performance and resolve defects per guidelines.

Passenger Assistance

Respond to inquiries about routes, fares, and transport connections.

Help passengers with special needs board and alight safely.

Safety and Compliance

Monitor stations and equipment for irregularities and address issues.

Ensure passengers follow transit regulations.

Handle emergencies (e.g., fire, train defects, passenger incidents) safely and efficiently.

Communication

Coordinate with the control center and passengers using communication equipment.

Qualifications and Procedures

Maintain necessary certifications and adhere to operational procedures and manuals.

Perform other duties as directed by his/ her superiors.

Requirements

Minimum 5 credits GCE 'O' Levels

Able to reach the height of 197cm with both hands

Willing to perform shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays

Preferably with minimum 2 years' working experience in the service or retail industry

Required to manually operate station and trainborne equipment

Possess a pleasant disposition and personality

Good interpersonal skills with a passion to work with people

Ability to identify colours
