Job Description

Tanggung Jawab Utama Area Sales Manager bertanggung jawab mengelola dan mengembangkan penjualan produk asuransi melalui kerja sama dengan bank di wilayah (area) tertentu agar target bisnis tercapai secara berkelanjutan.

Perencanaan & Pencapaian Target Menyusun sales plan area (bulanan, kuartalan, tahunan) sesuai target perusahaan.

Break down target ke:

Cabang bank

Relationship Manager (RM) / Frontliner

Sales bancassurance (SPV/FS)

Monitoring pencapaian: APE / FYP / Premi; Case count & conversion rate.

Menyusun action plan bila terjadi gap terhadap target.

Manajemen Hubungan dengan Bank (Key Account Management)

Menjadi PIC utama perusahaan asuransi untuk:

Area Head / Branch Manager bank

Retail / Wealth / Priority Head

Menjaga dan meningkatkan:

Engagement bank

Komitmen joint target

Penempatan tenaga sales

Menangani isu strategis & eskalasi dengan pihak bank

Pengelolaan Tim Bancassurance

Merekrut, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi:

Sales Supervisor

Financial Specialist / Bancassurance Officer

Coaching rutin:

Sales skill

Product knowledge

Closing & objection handling

Melakukan field coaching & joint visit ke nasabah prioritas

Performance management & discipline tim

Aktivitas Penjualan & Akuisisi Nasabah

Mendorong aktivitas:

Joint calling dengan RM

In-branch activation

Event nasabah (priority gathering, financial planning session)

Memastikan proses penjualan:

Sesuai SOP

Sesuai regulasi OJK & compliance bank
