Job Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience as an executive or personal secretary supporting a C-level executive Expertise in complex calendar management, high-level meeting coordination, and travel logistics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar/travel tools Experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industries is advantageous Impeccable discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information Job Responsibilities

Minutes of Meeting (MOM) Management:

Accurately record, draft and circulate Minutes of Meetings for board, executive, and client meetings, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items. Meeting Support:

Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, agendas, and detailed minutes; ensure follow-up on action items. Calendar & Schedule Management:

Proactively coordinate and optimize the BODโ€™s appointments, board meetings, and external engagements. Communication Handling:

Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence; draft and dispatch responses on behalf of the BOD. Customer Care & Relationship Management:

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with discretion, ensuring prompt resolution and alignment with company standards. Liaison & Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact between the BOD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Document Preparation:

Draft, proofread, and format high-impact reports, speeches, letters, and board materials with precision. Confidential Assistance:

Handle personal and professional errands, maintain confidential files, and support adโ€‘hoc BOD needs. Event Planning:
