Sales Manager / Territory Sales Executive – Laboratory Equipment & Consumables We,

PT. Inovasi Teknik Asia , are the authorized distributor of

Accumax Lab Devices Pvt Ltd

in Indonesia.

Accumax is a global manufacturer of laboratory consumables, liquid handing, media storage solutions and benchtop instruments serving research, pharma, biotech, diagnostics, universities, food testing, and industrial laboratories in 130+ countries.

We are expanding in Indonesia and looking for

highly Result driven scientific sales professionals

to build the Accumax brand across:

Pharmaceutical companies

Contract research labs

Clinical & diagnostic laboratories

Universities & research institutes

Government R&D institutions

Industry:

Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Laboratory Equipment / Scientific Consumables

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory sales strategy for Jakarta and other Indonesian regions

Generate new leads and build strong relationships with lab managers, procurement heads, and researchers

Promote products including:

Centrifuges, Stirrers, Shakers, Vortex Mixers & other Benchtop equipment

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations

Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Maintain CRM pipeline and accurate sales forecasting

Coordinate with marketing for exhibitions, seminars, and university visits

Appoint and manage sub-distributors where required

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Life Sciences.

3–8 years experience in Laboratory consumables sales, Scientific equipment sales, Medical diagnostics equipment, and Pharma or biotech B2B sales.

Existing network in Jakarta lab ecosystem, Leading Hospital Chains across Indonesia, Pharma clusters (West Java, Surabaya, etc.), Universities & research centers.

Key Performance Metrics: Candidates must demonstrate experience with measurable KPIs:

Mandatory Quantitative Metrics:

Annual sales experience in lab/medical equipment:

Minimum 5 Billion IDR + handled portfolio in a half yearly tenure in Medical sales field in Indonesia

Proven ability to close

5–15 new institutional accounts per year

Monthly pipeline generation target: 3× assigned quota

Territory growth experience: Minimum 10% YoY growth achieved in past role

Performance KPIs (Post Hiring):

Distributor network development (if applicable)

Gross margin adherence

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Previously worked with similar field with proven

brands like Eppendorf, Thermo, Sartorius, Socorex, Nichiryo, Mettler-Toledo, Allsheng, DLAB, etc.

Experience handling tenders & government procurement

Strong technical selling ability (not just trading)

Comfortable with field travel across Indonesia

Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to build a brand from scratch

Compensation: Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives
