Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the
local market (GT)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the consumer products industry, FMCG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
