Responsible for leading and overseeing all Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) functions across the holding company and its subsidiaries.

This role ensures strong financial governance, accurate consolidated reporting, tax compliance, and provides strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making at Board level. Key Responsibilities Lead and control group-wide finance, accounting, and tax operations. Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting aligned with corporate strategy. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with PSAK/IFRS. Oversee internal and external audits and ensure GCG compliance. Manage group tax planning and compliance (PPh, VAT, withholding, annual reporting). Provide strategic financial analysis to Board of Directors and shareholders. Strengthen financial systems, policies, and internal controls. Build, coach, and lead a high-performing FAT team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s degree or CPA/CA/Brevet A & B preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial role (holding/group company preferred). Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, consolidation, and corporate taxation. Solid understanding of holding structures and intercompany transactions. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
