The Business Ops intern focuses on processes, data, and efficiency to ensure that the \"business\" side of the math centers—from supply chains to performance tracking—runs without a hitch. Key Responsibilities Data Monitoring & Reporting: You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various branches, such as student attendance rates, payment cycles, and inquiry-to-enrollment ratios. Process Optimization: Identifying \"friction points\" in how the centers operate (e.g., how books are distributed or how parents are billed) and suggesting ways to make them faster or cheaper. Inventory & Logistics: Coordinating the supply of learning materials (workbooks, kits, and merchandise) to different center locations to ensure they never run out of stock. Inter-Departmental Liaison: Acting as a \"connector\" between the Sales, Academic, and Finance teams to ensure everyone is following the same operational standards. Project Support: Assisting the Operations Manager with the \"Ground Execution\" of new branch openings, including site readiness checks and administrative setup.

Requirements Education: Fresh graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Finance. Excel Mastery: This is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data visualization to turn raw numbers into readable reports. Analytical Mindset: You shouldn't just record data; you should be able to spot a trend (e.g., \"Center A is growing faster because their weekend slots are better utilized\"). Detail-Oriented: Operations involves many \"moving parts.\" Missing a small detail in a contract or an inventory count can cause significant delays.
