Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A)

We are looking for a strategic and analytical finance professional to support business performance, financial design, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial design for new Business Unit setup

Conduct project feasibility & financial structuring

Financial modeling & management reporting

Develop BI dashboards & performance monitoring tools

Monitor KPI (target vs actual) & variance analysis

Improve financial processes & automation initiatives

Align operational flow with finance structure

Handle ad-hoc financial projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3–5 years experience in FP&A / Business Finance (manufacturing preferred)

Background from Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is mandatory

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling

Experienced in capital expenditure & project feasibility analysis

Familiar with ERP & BI tools

Strong analytical thinking & business acumen

Able to translate operational data into financial insight

Independent & able to work cross-functionally
