Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with the company's strategic objectives. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into the company's financial performance. Budget Management:

Oversee the creation and monitoring of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and tracking actual performance against budgeted targets. Cash Flow Management:

Plan, coordinate, and control the company's cash flow, account balances, receivables, and payables. Compliance & Controls:

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws, while also developing and implementing internal accounting systems and policies. Manage, supervise, and guide a team of accountants and other finance staff to ensure effective and efficient operations. Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, such as credit, market, and operational risks. Strategic Support:

Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support decision-making on investments, operations, and long-term financial goals.
