Role Overview The Business Development will be the primary engine for INSADA’s growth. Your mission is to identify high-value opportunities, build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and secure new architecture and interior design projects. You will act as the bridge between the market and our design studio, ensuring INSADA is the first name called for premier developments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand INSADA’s footprint in hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors.

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Proactively identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events to maintain a robust project pipeline.

Relationship Management:

Build and nurture a database of developers, project managers, and consultants, ensuring consistent brand presence through systematic follow-ups.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct ongoing competitor due diligence and monitor industry trends to identify emerging sectors and "future-proof" the firm’s lead sources.

Proposal Coordination:

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to oversee the production of high-impact proposals, RFPs, and presentation materials.

Executive Reporting:

Lead weekly strategy briefings with firm leadership to report on pipeline health, pursuit deadlines, and conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications

Industry Experience:

Proven track record in Business Development or Sales within the Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate Development industries.

Networker:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "open doors" and build rapport with C-suite executives and developers.

Strategic Thinker:

Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable pursuit plans.

Collaborative:

Strong project management skills to ensure technical teams meet proposal deadlines.
