Area Manager - Jabodetabek Area

Area Manager Responsibilities The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing sales strategy and plan for the respective store to achieve the company's sales targets.

Area Manager will be responsible for sales target setting, sales budgeting, and analysis of store sales. Responsibilities include generating daily/monthly/yearly sales reports, monitoring and controlling store efficiency, overseeing sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion, and customer service. The Manager will also maintain relationships, communicate and negotiate with all area partners, and implement changes and improvements required by management.

Job Requirements

At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

At least 3‑5 years of experience as a Store or Area Manager, preferably in the retail industry.

Willingness to commit to a long‑term career in a retail company.

Strong technical knowledge of the organization’s products, services and sales techniques.

Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Extensive experience and judgment in planning and achieving goals.

Ability to perform varied tasks and lead and direct the work of others.

A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
