Operational Performance Improvement Head

Job Description: Lead KAIZEN Continuous Improvement initiatives across plantation and palm oil mill operations. Identify and execute productivity improvement opportunities. Analyze operational performance using KPIs. Drive cross-functional projects to reduce losses and improve supply chain efficiency. Train and coach operational teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related fields. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement. Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills. Willing to travel regularly to plantation sites and palm oil mills.
