Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major

Min. 2 years experience as Supervisor

Excellent skill in communication

Experience in Healthcare industry is an advantage

Passionate about customer satisfaction

Strong in leadership and communication

Strong analytical thinking and attention to details

Should have a positive work attitude and adaptable

Willing to work on shift schedule

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Develop and implement strategies to upscale clinic sales and meet financial targets.

Promote clinic services and attract new clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Arrange and manage team shifts to optimize productivity and client service.

Prepare and present regular reports on clinic performance, sales, and client feedback.
