Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.

Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Present and promote IT outsourcing services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (HR, IT Manager, CTO, Procurement).

Understand client needs for IT talent (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).

Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of talent to clients.

Prepare proposals, pricing, and handle commercial negotiations.

Update sales pipeline and provide regular reports using CRM or internal tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Marketing, or IT).

Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in IT outsourcing/IT staffing/software industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Targetโ€‘oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Good understanding of IT team structure and roles.

Knowledge of IT outsourcing business models.

Able to create proposals and deliver professional presentations.
