Senior Associate (Legal)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Law and hold PERADI license; 2. Must have minimum 5 years working experience in law firms focusing on corporate and commercial transactions 3. Have a strong legal knowledge on corporate and commercial law, construction law, energy law and cross‑border transactions; 4. Reliable experience on handling corporate action such as: Merger and Acquisition, Spin‑off, Liquidation and design a joint venture scheme including providing legal advice in a form of Legal Due Diligence and its transactional documents 5. Wide experience on handling corporate transactions such as: provide end‑to‑end cooperation scheme for investors with their local partner on Construction, Energy, and Cross Border is a must 6. Wide experience for preparing structured legal opinion, reliable to provide and finalize for Partners final overview 7. Have adequate legal knowledge regarding land acquisitions, capable to advise clients for the entire land acquisitions process 8. Reliable for General Litigation. Experience handling legal proceeding is advantages 9. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines 11. Fluent in English, both written and spoken 12. Willing to business trip domestic or international Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for completing the task given by the Company 2. Draft, review and revise any legal documents requested by the client, e.g. agreement, letter, legal memorandum, legal opinion, legal due diligence report, Merger and Acquisition, joint venture 3. Lead or be involved at a project 4. Placed a key person to conduct Internal QC towards any legal documents 5. Provide a final review of the draft prepared by the Middle Associate 6. Provide answers or assistance to questions raised by the Middle Associate, Paralegal and/or Sales 7. Assist and collaborate with Partner for any legal task PT.
