Academic Operation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily academic operations across all Math Centers (SIS, scheduling, documentation). Ensure compliance with academic SOPs, lesson plans, assessments, and reporting. Monitor teacher attendance, availability, and class allocation to prevent cancellations. Conduct class observations and ensure teaching quality meets standards. Track and analyze academic KPIs (student performance, attendance, teacher discipline). Prepare weekly/monthly reports and identify improvement areas. Coordinate with Operations, Student Advisors, and HR for staffing and center expansion.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field. Min. 1 year experience in academic operations (education center/tutoring). Min. 2 years teaching experience (Math for young learners preferred). Familiar with Singapore Math methodology (preferred). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
