Logistic Group Leader (Supervisor)

Job Summary Responsible for leading and supervising logistics operations in the EV manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth material flow from inbound to production line and outbound shipment, in accordance with production planning, safety standards, and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities 1. Material Flow & Line Support Ensure timely delivery of materials (battery components, EV parts, etc.) to the production line. Monitor line feeding activities (JIT / JIS system if applicable). Coordinate closely with Production, PPC, and Warehouse teams to avoid line stoppage. 2. Team Supervision Lead, assign, and monitor daily tasks of logistics operators. Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance of team members. Conduct daily briefing and toolbox meeting. 3. Inventory & Warehouse Control Monitor stock accuracy and conduct cycle count. Control FIFO / FEFO implementation. Ensure proper storage conditions. 4. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with HSE standards (forklift operation, material handling safety). Implement 5S and continuous improvement activities. Ensure all logistics activities comply with company SOP and audit requirements. 5. Reporting & KPI Monitoring Prepare daily logistics activity reports. Monitor KPIs such as: Line stop due to material shortage Inventory accuracy On-time delivery Warehouse efficiency Propose improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency.

Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 7+ years experience in logistics/warehouse in automotive manufacturing. Experience in EV industry is an advantage. Strong knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferred). Certified forklift knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
