Senior Specialist Data Scientist

Job Description : Support several Business Users and Process Owners across various functions or entities in defining business cases and business questions that can be solved or addressed through Data Analytics Prepare the required data originating from various functions or entities for each business case—together with the relevant Business Users / Process Owners—by identifying, collecting, cleaning, integrating, transforming, and augmenting the data so that Machine Learning approaches can be properly applied Apply Data Analytics approaches—whether descriptive (data visualization), diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive—to answer the business questions defined in the business case, in collaboration with several Business Users / Process Owners Support Business Users / Process Owners from various functions or entities in defining business cases related to process automation, recommendation engines, decision support systems, or Generative AI Identify and explore ready‑to‑use AI solution options available in the market—together with the relevant Business Users / Process Owners—to address the needs of each business case Implement the selected AI solution jointly with the relevant Business Users / Process Owners to address the business questions defined in the business case Develop a 6Sigma Project Charter that is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time‑bound (SMART), together with Green Belts, Black Belts, and/or relevant Business Users and Process Owners, for the Data Analytics or AI business cases being executed Execute initiatives involving the application of Data Analytics or AI together with Green Belts, Black Belts, relevant Business Users, and Process Owners, based on the established Project Charter and in compliance with the DMAIC governance phases (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) within 6Sigma

Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering (Informatics Engineering preferred), with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field of Data Analytics, Machine Learning Modelling, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or AI Skilled in Data Analytics, Machine Learning Modelling, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Continuous Improvement & Innovation Framework, Project & Program Management
