To support strong financial governance and effective financial management, we are seeking a Finance Assistant Manager who will play a key role in overseeing treasury activities, cash flow management, budgeting processes, and financial reporting.
This position is ideal for finance professionals with strong analytical skills who are detail-oriented and committed to supporting sound financial planning and control within a dynamic corporate environment.
We’re Looking for You
As a Finance Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing treasury and financial planning activities, overseeing budgeting and cost control, and ensuring effective financial monitoring to support the company’s operational and strategic objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring operational and capital funding requirements to ensure sufficient company liquidity
Controlling monthly cash flow projections, loan servicing, hedging transactions, and compliance with lender covenants
Supervising DSRA balances, reserve accounts, escrow accounts, and management of bank and lender documentation
Overseeing execution of company payments to ensure accuracy, authorization, and timeliness
Coordinating with banks to ensure proper settlement and confirmation of payment transactions
Supervising asset insurance administration and follow up insurance claims related to operational risks
Coordinating and controlling the annual budgeting process across all budget owners
Monitoring budget utilization and reviewing budget versus actual performance
Supporting financial discipline across departments and proposing corrective actions where necessary
Updating financial models with actual financial data including revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and financing costs
Maintaining and improving the company’s financial model to ensure assumptions and outputs remain accurate and consistent
Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess financial performance and project viability
Supporting management decision-making through financial projections, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis
Preparing financial data, reports, and presentations for management and key stakeholders
Supporting management reviews and strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis
Overseeing finance-related reporting to regulatory authorities including Bank Indonesia and BKPM
Ensuring compliance with applicable financing, banking, and financial reporting regulations
Coordinating timely submission of required regulatory reports
Coordinating finance-related activities with internal departments and external stakeholders
Maintaining effective working relationships with banks, insurers, vendors, and financial partners
Supporting other finance-related assignments as required by management
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting
Master’s Degree (S2) in Finance or Business, or professional certifications such as CFA or FMVA will be an advantage
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, treasury, budgeting, or financial control
Experience in infrastructure projects, power generation industry, or reputable audit firms (e.g., Big 4) will be an advantage
Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and cost control
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with banking facilities, loan structures, DSRA mechanisms, and hedging concepts
Knowledge of financial risk management concepts
Experience in financial modelling will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability in handling financial matters
