Support the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, with a strong focus on on-ground activations and school-based activities (e.g. school visits, coding competitions).
Support the preparation of activation events end-to-end, covering event ideation and concepting, coordination with vendors, event logistics, creative asset preparation, and administration.
โ Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, RFO, Sales, Academic, Social Media, etc.) to ensure campaign readiness and smooth execution.
Support communication with schools, students, vendors, and internal stakeholders related to marketing initiatives.
Assist in social media branding and marketing implementation when needed, including content briefing and basic content planning coordination.
Prepare marketing materials, campaign data and budget recaps, and simple performance and post-event reports.
Job Requirements
Experience in leading or supporting offline marketing activations (e.g. school events, exhibitions, campaigns)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including basic copywriting ability
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) with basic spreadsheet skills (e.g. pivot, lookup) and Canva
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working with tight timelines
Experience in Event Organizer or Agency will be a plus
