We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of our server-side applications and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead backend development using Node.js and TypeScript, following best practices and clean coding standards.

Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs for mobile and web applications.

Collaborate closely with the Mobile and Web teams to ensure high-quality API integration and consistent data flows.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous integration processes to enhance the quality of the product

Conduct code reviews and act as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level backend developers.

Optimize backend performance, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

Keep up to date with emerging backend technologies, tooling, and cloud best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on backend development experience.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.

Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services (Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, etc.).

Proven experience designing scalable, distributed backend systems.

Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Experience with serverless architecture or microservices.

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication skills and experience in technical leadership or mentoring.
