Strategic Advisor - Nordics

About the Role We are looking for a senior, well-connected Strategic Advisor to support our network and client access across the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). This role is for someone who understands how business works in the region: credibility matters, introductions are earned, and long-term relationships outperform broad outreach. You will work directly with the founder, helping us connect with decision-makers in growth companies, private equity and venture-backed firms, industrial and technology businesses, and established corporates building strong teams.

This is not a sales role.

It is a focused collaboration built around access, judgment, and trusted relationships.

Your Contribution Introduce us to founders, executives, HR leaders, and investors across the Nordics Provide perspective on market dynamics, active sectors, and key players Join selected conversations where senior presence and credibility matter Help identify companies where our retained search and advisory model creates real impact Act as a visible representative of the collaboration where appropriate (e.g. public association, LinkedIn visibility, or website presence) to strengthen trust and positioning in the region This is a senior advisory function — not operational recruiting delivery (unless you're looking to add value here.)

What You Bring A strong, active network across at least one Nordic market Senior experience in leadership, banking, private equity, consulting, tech, or industry Credibility and presence — decision-makers take your call Discretion, integrity, and long-term thinking Clear understanding of how hiring decisions are made in your market
