About the role PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior KOL Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Communications team in Jakarta. As a

full-time Senior KOL Executive , you will be responsible for strategically identifying, recruiting, and managing key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive effective marketing campaigns and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive KOL partnership strategies to support our marketing objectives

Proactively research, identify, and evaluate potential KOLs who align with our brand and target audience

Negotiate and manage KOL contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements

Coordinate and oversee KOL content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking

Analyse KOL campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate KOL activities into broader marketing initiatives

Monitor industry trends and competitor KOL activities to identify opportunities for innovation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar KOL management or influencer marketing role

Proven track record of successfully identifying, recruiting, and managing KOLs to drive business results

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with KOLs

Proficient in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and social media trends

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
