Payroll and C&B Operations Lead

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, and ensure accurate & on-time payroll delivery across companies in Business Unit/s.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including social security, income tax regulation, labor regulations, etc.

Ensure proper documentation, system security, and confidentiality of payroll and employee records.

Engage with relevant external parties (e.g. BPJS) and internal cross-functional Team, including Accounting, Tax, etc. on monthly payroll and annual Tax/Audit exercises.

Manage/run operational C&B responsibilities, and drive employee understanding and appreciation of rewards through effective communications.

Take part in Compensation & Benefits initiatives and collaborate with relevant cross-functional Team on the implementation.

Other ad-hoc C&B initiatives as assigned.

You will demonstrate the following requirements:

Min. S1 degree holder, with major in Accounting/Mathematics/Engineering/Computer Science/numerical-majors.

More than 8 years of professional working experience, including min 2 years in Payroll/Operations Compensation & Benefits function. Prior working experience in Start-Up/HR Shared-Services/Payroll Consulting company will be advantage.

Sound understanding of Indonesia labor requirements and pay regulations, including PPh21, Actuary.

Detailed oriented with high interest and ability to work with numbers with accuracy, speed and timely manner.

Excellent skills in operating Excel and e-statutory systems, such as eSIPP, eBupot, CoreTax etc.

Proficiency in operating payroll software and systems, as well as prior experience in payroll systems project implementation is an advantage.

Ability to communicate and work with stakeholders from diverse functions.

Organized, discipline and get things done.

Hands-on, able to work independently and work with cross-functional Team.

Trust worthy and able to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism.

Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
