Presales Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop solutions and organize, plan, create & deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Identify solutions stated in the Statement of Work that are best practice and align with client requirements.

Maintain and manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFPs.

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals, including pricing, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Liaise with Presales, Solution Architect and other internal parties to provide client feedback on product requirements.

Provide justification requests for any customer leads referring to our existing infrastructure and technology.

Analyze and improve existing infrastructure and technology to gather sales leads (reference data from trouble tickets, revenue base, and sales target area), including help to achieve designated cost‑saving targets.

Support compliance legality of customer orders (PKS or term sheet).

Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to the sales team, enabling them to articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in the enterprise software or IT services industry.

Strong understanding of the company's products, solutions, and technologies.

Proficiency in relevant network technology, software applications, and IT infrastructure.

Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, and effective presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to understand client requirements, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions.

Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and relationship building.
