Job Description

Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that drives Shopee’s business growth through identifying and implementing solutions

Own and drive high-impact projects across variety of business verticals

Identify and create improvement or strategic expansion ideas specific to Shopee to maintain sustainability and competitive edge

Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approach

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields

Minimum 6+ years of working experience in any industry, and additional experience in management consulting would be a plus

Ability to demonstrate strong experience in strategic project management and/or people management

Ability to think creatively, identify, build support for innovative solutions and communicate complex ideas effectively

Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets

Comfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with different stakeholders

Solid functional knowledge in their own area of expertise (preferred experience includes, but is not limited to, strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc)
