Location: Pasar Minggu, Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities
Acquire new business prospects by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads, followed by proposal preparation, presentation, and pitching.
Research and build relationships with clients and decision makers in the organization.
Manage accounts, maintain longโterm relationships, and maximize sales opportunities within them.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
Act as a key presenter during critical decisionโmaking stages of the sales cycle, building a trusted advisor reputation with new and existing clients.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelorโs degree in any major (preferably Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant majors).
3โ5 years of experience in B2B/B2G sales or business development.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work under target pressure.
Flexible to work remotely or from office.
Strong analytical skills to accommodate customer needs.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and high motivation.
Eager to work in a fastโpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
