Admin Support Engineer

PT. PANDU EQUATOR PRIMA, a well-established Trading and Installation company deals with Geosynthetics products located in Bekasi – West Java is looking for qualified candidate to fill the following position:

ADMIN SUPPORT ENGINEER Position Description Responsible to the engineering & qc department in supporting the engineering team by managing project administration, documentation, and communications to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and processing administrative requests related to Engineering and QC operations, both digitally and physically.

Maintain, update, and archive all Engineering and QC documents.

Coordination between the Engineering and QC team, other departments, vendors and clients, regarding administrative and operational needs.

Prepare daily, weekly or monthly reports related to Engineering and QC operational activities.

Assist in organizing and scheduling installation work and ensuring complete documentation of work result.

Assist in organizing and monitoring the Engineering and QC team agenda.

Qualifications

Graduated of a Construction Vocational High School or equivalent, preferably in Administrative Engineering or a related field.

Experienced as a project administrator for at least 1 – 2 years.

Proficient in using AutoCAD for basic design tasks and technical drawing.

Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Canva to create visual materials, documentation or presentation.

Able to effectively manage project administration, documentation and communication.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate technical records.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in an Engineering & QC team and other departments.

Willing to learn and adapt to engineering workflows and project requirements.

Willing to be assigned to the project site in Indonesia and work hard.
