What you'll be doing:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to turn our content strategy into action across owned social media channels. You will work closely with the Content Strategist and the Creative/Design team to execute briefs, manage publishing schedules, and repurpose long-form content into high-impact assets. This is a hands-on role that combines content operations, publishing, and performance tracking to ensure our brand storytelling reaches the right audience.
Responsibilities
Execute content briefs provided by the Content Strategist.
Schedule and publish posts across organic and owned channels.
Ensure content is published on time and in alignment with brand guidelines.
Transform long-form content (articles, interviews, videos) into shorter text, video, and image assets suitable for multiple platforms.
Work closely with designers and creative teams to ensure assets are production-ready.
Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for interviews, approvals, and content gathering.
Ensure all content reflects expert insights and aligns with strategic messaging.
Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are clear.
Track publishing velocity, scheduling accuracy, and turnaround times.
Pull basic engagement and performance metrics for published content.
Provide reporting to the Content Strategist for optimization purposes.
Key Metrics / KPIs:
Publishing velocity/posts per week
Scheduling accuracy (posts live as planned)
Turnaround time on content production and repurposing
Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) — monitored to inform strategy, not primary evaluation
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in social media management, content operations, or digital publishing
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and SMEs
Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Hubspot, or equivalent)
Basic understanding of social media best practices, formats, and performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and SMEs
Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Hubspot, or equivalent)
Basic understanding of social media best practices, formats, and performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content creation and editing
