This role
The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, tools, initiatives and facilitating business information that empower our field sales team to work more efficiently, identifying performance and knowledge gaps, in order to grow the business.
Responsibilities
Deliver the training products and services to all the stakeholders;
Work with experts in different areas/departments for training content design (content/materials for internal and external audiences);
Design, develop, and implement learning tools in different formats;
Attend to the knowledge gaps of the stakeholders and define action plans to increase sales productivity and improve efficiency of the sales team, stores, and promoters through the execution of training initiatives;
Understand the different processes across the organization and participate in the design and implementation of enhancement initiatives; and
Measure the performance of internal sales areas, monitor the impact of training to correlate with results, and find improvement opportunities.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in sales enablement, data analysis, Marketing, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas: such as sales cycle, field training, design skills, sales productivity, etc.)
Intermediate Level in SQL and Data‑Viz tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio)
Strong skill sets of: Google Sheets and Excel
Capacity for organization, communication, synthesis skills and lead group meetings in-person or virtually.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.
Desirable analytical thinking and Problem‑solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies and propose data‑driven solutions for improvement.
Professional experience leading a field & training team and reporting to the executive team with a data‑driven approach;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels in English and Indonesian;
Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
