Medical Device Coordinator

D3/S1 in Electromedical Engineering (ATEM).

2–4 years of experience in medical device installation, functional testing, maintenance, and calibration—preferably in laboratory or clinical settings.

Strong communication skills and adaptability to organizational changes.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 35001, ISO 15189, or prior involvement in accreditation/audit activities.

Ability to prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and equipment inventory records.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting device issues.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities Manage, monitor, and update inventory and documentation for laboratory and clinical equipment.

Plan and perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment replacement.

Install, configure, and conduct functional testing on laboratory and clinical devices to ensure readiness for use.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to maintain optimal device performance.

Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment status documentation.

Provide training to laboratory staff regarding proper device operation, basic troubleshooting, and safety procedures.

Ensure all medical devices comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.

Keep up-to-date with advancements in laboratory device technology and propose improvements or upgrades when necessary.
