Marketing & Product Development Staff

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Product Development ( Cosmetics industry is preferred) Strong understanding of product development processes (from concept to launch) Experienced in market research and competitor analysis Basic knowledge of digital marketing Strong communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Sales, Warehouse) Creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends Develop new product concepts and ideas Coordinate with R&D team regarding formulation and product samples Manage product development process until product launch Define product positioning, pricing, and launch strategy Prepare product materials (USP, selling points, product knowledge) Monitor product performance in the market Evaluate and improve existing products Prepare periodic reports on product development progress and performance
