About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Clinical Director with a proven track record in managing large-scale VIP-oriented medical facilities, ideally with international patient exposure and experience in patient-facing leadership roles.

Responsibilities Pre-Operational Phase Lead and oversee all pre-operational activities to establish the clinic’s full functionality.

Collaborate with shareholders and stakeholders to define and finalize the organizational structure.

Actively participate in recruitment and credentialing of both medical and non-medical personnel.

Support the licensing and regulatory approval process for clinic operations, medical equipment, and pharmaceutical products.

Oversee procurement and setup of medical equipment, supplies, and operational infrastructure.

Clinical Oversight Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, ethics, and patient safety in full compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations.

Supervise and evaluate patient care quality, treatment protocols, and clinical performance.

Lead clinical governance, including case reviews, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Leadership & General Management Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day supervision of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and training programs to build a high-performing medical team.

Drive service excellence and cultivate a VIP-level patient experience, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey for all clients.

Regulatory & Compliance Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) and other relevant authorities.

Oversee the development and maintenance of key documentation, including SOPs, patient pathways, and incident reports.

Implement and monitor occupational safety, risk management, and medical ethics frameworks.

Qualifications Experienced in directing large-scale, premium or VIP focused medical clinics/hospitals, preferably in the aesthetics, wellness, or medical tourism sectors.

Demonstrated ability to manage multicultural teams and international clientele.

Strong background in healthcare operations, clinical governance, and stakeholder management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
