Management Development Program (Jogja, Solo, Semarang)

Bluebird Group is looking for a Management Development Program candidate to help continue providing service excellence and to implement our initiatives to meet customer needs and develop new capabilities.

What You Will Do

Receive a series of training and development programs, including project assignments and on-the-job experience, as part of the Management Development Program.

Conduct projects, deliver results, and present findings and proposals.

Learn and overcome challenges in the Department with a 12‑month development target to become a first‑tier leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Preferably has 1 year of work experience, including internship experience, especially in a leadership role.

Actively involved in extracurricular or organizational activities.

Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to create, analyze, and present data effectively.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.

Committed to completing a one‑year development program.
